In the rhythm and the running
the lift of her waist
the perfect posture she is donning
Each movement a careful gesture in formative poise
a building block of valiant strength
shining fluorescent green paired with nubile skin
cutting through breathless noise
Fit for each moment
whatever challenges her shining heart or vigorous form
patience has led her to prosper
to build a fortress of solitude and quiet storm
