Pink Haze
I don’t know that it is hot or cold
a mystery or something old
between a rose and decay
perhaps blush as dew in the mourn of a spring day
Pretty in pink
as the saying goes
from the eyes to the mouth
in a still static pose
a kaleidoscope of glittering eyes
perhaps this is all an aesthetic disguise
Or maybe
just maybe
it’s all fair play
a way to shuffle an old cliché
