Waterfall Day Out

Birds sweetly chime in the jungle
calm critters hum
around the local watering hole at the bottom of a wonderful waterfall

Two friends have made their intended way
to escape for some hours this day
enjoying quiet accompaniment of nature at play

Stepping over around rugged rocks above and below water
wading into the dreamscape drink
luscious leaves of all sorts line the rugged waterfalls descending wall
being here puts people at pausing rest
the blinking of their eyes slow down as their thoughts free up to think
of time together to talk, have fun, and compliment
putting aside the daily work that leaves them spent
injecting rejuvenation into a personal bond
there is nothing in the way between good old them and this waterfall pond
