lifting firm core and fashioned arms once more
Despite its silence the kettlebell has a hefty ring of its own
bringing new strength and old sores
It’s not at all unwelcome
to know in muscle and bone
the gratifying feeling of a sculpting job well done
it builds her up supremely in body, heart, and mind
belief in oneself has scribed anew in the time spent with these weights
she did this all and has a new assurance
she’s signed, sealed, and delivered
